What's the difference between Free and Head Gardener? Free gives you 8 plants with jobs, 3 plant IDs, 5 questions, 1 health check and 1 Design Studio plan a month. Head Gardener gives you every plant, 50 plant IDs, 100 questions, 10 health checks and 20 Design Studio plans a month. Everything else is free on both plans.
What happens when I run out? Buy a top-up on the Plans page, or wait: all allowances come back on the 1st of each month. Your garden is never locked or deleted.
How do top-ups work? Top-ups are one-off packs on either plan, with no subscription. Each lasts 30 days from when you buy it. Before paying you tick a box confirming access starts straight away.
Can I cancel any time? Yes. Cancel any time in your account. You keep Head Gardener until the end of the period you've paid for, then nothing more is charged.
Do you offer refunds? By law you normally have 14 days to cancel a digital subscription. Because access starts straight away, we ask you to tick a box before paying to confirm you want access now and understand you lose that 14-day right once access begins. If something has gone wrong, contact us and we'll look at it fairly.
