Biennial Mullein 'Album'
Verbascum chaixii 'Album' is an elegant biennial or short-lived perennial, forming attractive rosettes of woolly, grey-green leaves from which rise tall, slender spires of pure white, saucer-shaped flowers with charming purple stamens. Blooming in early to mid-summer, this mullein adds graceful vertical accents to borders and gravel gardens. It is fully hardy and thrives in full sun and well-drained soil, tolerating dry conditions once established. 'Album' is excellent for attracting pollinators and provides a delicate, airy presence while offering a sophisticated colour palette to the garden.
