Canary Creeper
Tropaeolum peregrinum, commonly known as the Canary Creeper, is an enchanting, fast-growing annual climber, cherished for its unique, bright canary-yellow flowers with fringed petals that resemble little birds in flight. These cheerful blooms appear in abundance from mid-summer until the first frosts. It's a delicate-looking yet vigorous climber, using its tendrils to scramble up to 2-3 meters, making it perfect for trellises, obelisks, or intermingling with other plants in borders and containers in a UK garden. It prefers a sunny, sheltered position with well-drained soil. Easy to grow from seed, it provides a delightful, airy display and a continuous splash of sunny colour throughout the summer months.
