Great Duckweed
Great Duckweed, or Spirodela polyrhiza, is a free-floating aquatic plant with small, round, bright green leaves often tinged with red underneath. It forms dense mats on the surface of still or slow-moving water, providing habitat for aquatic invertebrates.
