Mossy Stonecrop 'Aureum'

'Aureum' is a vibrant, mat-forming sedum, creating a carpet of small, succulent, golden-yellow leaves that intensify in colour in full sun. In early summer, it is smothered in bright yellow, star-like flowers. It grows to a mere 5cm high and spreads indefinitely, perfect for rock crevices, green roofs, or between paving. Fully hardy (H7) and drought-tolerant, it requires full sun and extremely well-drained, gritty, poor soil. Its cheerful colour and resilience are highly valued.
