Rose 'Siluetta'

A charming and relatively modern miniature rambler rose that is perfectly suited for smaller UK gardens or containers. It develops a dense, bushy habit, typically growing to around 1.8 metres, making it ideal for covering small obelisks, fences, or trellis work. The plant produces an abundance of small, semi-double, soft pink flowers that are held in large, airy clusters, creating a delicate, romantic effect. It is notably disease-resistant and thrives in the temperate UK climate. Once established, it repeat-flowers reliably throughout the summer months. Like most roses, it prefers a sunny position with fertile, moisture-retentive but well-drained soil. It is fully hardy (H6) and requires minimal pruning compared to larger ramblers; simply thinning out old wood and deadheading will encourage further blooms. It is an excellent choice for gardeners looking for the rambling rose aesthetic without the overwhelming vigour of traditional varieties.
