Rose 'Fighting Temeraire'

Rosa 'Fighting Temeraire' is a striking Modern Shrub Rose, celebrated for its bold, single, vibrant orange-scarlet flowers with prominent golden stamens. The blooms, reminiscent of painted silk, appear continuously from early summer until autumn and have a light, sweet fragrance. It forms a vigorous, arching shrub, typically reaching 1.2-1.5m in height and spread, making it ideal for mixed borders or as a cheerful specimen. It is hardy (H5) and relatively disease-resistant, thriving in full sun with fertile, well-drained soil. Named after Turner's famous painting, this rose adds a dramatic splash of warm colour and a lively, open flower form that is highly attractive to pollinators.
