Rose 'Blessings'

'Blessings' is a classic Hybrid Tea rose that has remained a favourite in British gardens for decades due to its reliable performance and elegant form. It produces beautifully shaped, high-centered blooms in a clear, warm salmon-pink shade. Each flower is carried on a stiff, upright stem, making it a superb choice for cutting and displays at home. The scent is light to moderate but sweet. The shrub itself is vigorous and well-branched, typically reaching a height of 90cm. It is fully hardy (H7) and copes well with the unpredictable UK weather, though it appreciates a sheltered spot to protect the delicate petals from heavy rain. The mid-green foliage is reasonably disease-resistant. 'Blessings' is ideal for planting in groups within a dedicated rose bed or as part of a sun-drenched herbaceous border. Regular deadheading will encourage a prolific second flush of flowers in late summer, ensuring a long season of interest in the garden.
