Evergreen Climbing Rose

A vigorous, near thornless, evergreen or semi-evergreen climbing rose. It can reach an impressive 6-10m in height with a spread of 3-5m. Hardy in sheltered positions (H4), it thrives in full sun and fertile, well-drained soil. In late spring, it produces a profusion of small, fragrant, single or double white or yellow flowers along its stems. Ideal for covering large walls, pergolas, or unsightly structures in milder areas, creating a waterfall of blooms. 'Lutea' (yellow, double) and 'Alba Plena' (white, double) are popular. Does not repeat flower.

Sun: Full sun.

Soil: Fertile, well-drained.

Hardiness: H4 — down to −10°C.
