Pea 'Mangetout Dwarf'

Pea 'Mangetout Dwarf' is a compact, self-supporting mangetout pea variety, ideal for smaller gardens or containers. It produces an abundance of sweet, crisp, flat pods that are eaten whole. Plants typically grow to 45-60cm tall with a spread of 20-30cm. As an annual, it is H3 hardy, tolerating light frosts when young. Flowering occurs from late spring to mid-summer (May-July), with pods ready for harvest shortly after. It prefers full sun and well-drained, fertile soil. This dwarf variety offers all the flavour of mangetout with a more manageable habit.
