Dwarf Mountain Pine 'Mughus'

The Dwarf Mountain Pine 'Mughus' is a compact, slow-growing evergreen conifer, typically forming a dense, rounded or spreading mound of dark green needles. It's an excellent choice for smaller gardens, rockeries, alpine beds, or containers where its robust, bushy habit provides year-round structure and texture. Extremely hardy and adaptable, it thrives in a wide range of well-drained soils, including poor and exposed sites, and prefers full sun. Its 'flowers' are insignificant, but it produces small, brown cones, often in abundance. This cultivar is very low-maintenance and brings a rugged, mountainous charm to any garden setting.
