Swiss Mountain Pine 'Humpy'

Pinus mugo 'Humpy' is a very compact, dwarf cultivar of the Swiss Mountain Pine, forming an extremely dense, flattened mound or cushion of short, dark green needles. This incredibly slow-growing conifer is a perfect choice for rockeries, troughs, or even miniature gardens, typically reaching only 20-30 cm in height and spread over many years. It is exceptionally hardy (H7) and adaptable, thriving in full sun and well-drained soil, even in exposed conditions. Its robust nature and evergreen foliage provide reliable year-round structure and interest with minimal maintenance. Ideal for adding a touch of evergreen presence to the smallest of spaces.
