Weeping Blue Spruce 'Glauca Pendula'
Picea pungens 'Glauca Pendula' is a spectacular weeping conifer with an irregular, pendulous and often contorted habit, draped with striking silvery-blue needles. This cultivar will develop into a unique architectural specimen, and its ultimate height and spread depend heavily on how it is staked and trained, though it can reach 5-10 metres in height if given support. It is extremely hardy (H7) and thrives in full sun and well-drained soil, tolerating a range of conditions. The intense blue colour is maintained year-round, making it a dramatic focal point. An excellent choice for a specimen plant, adding unique form and colour to the landscape.
