Purple Weeping Norway Spruce 'Pusch'
'Pusch' is a delightful dwarf cultivar of Norway Spruce, forming a compact, globose to broadly conical shrub. Its most distinctive feature is the proliferation of small, very attractive, reddish-purple cones that emerge in spring, often in abundance, providing a striking contrast against the dark green needles. It is very slow-growing, typically reaching 50-80 cm in height and spread after many years. Extremely hardy (H7), it thrives in full sun to partial shade and moist, well-drained, acidic to neutral soil. Ideal for rock gardens, containers, or front of borders, offering unique seasonal interest with its colourful cones.
