Parsley Root

Parsley Root, also known as Hamburg Parsley, is grown for its edible parsnip-like taproot, which has a distinct parsley-like flavour. The leaves are also edible, though less tender than other parsley varieties. It's often used in soups and stews.

Sun: Full sun to partial shade.

Soil: Well-drained, rich, deep soil.

Hardiness: H6 — down to −20°C.
