Hardy Passion Fruit 'Constance Eliott'
'Constance Eliott' is an exquisite, somewhat hardy passion flower (H4), a vigorous climber reaching 3-6m or more. While generally grown for its stunning, fragrant white flowers with purple and blue filaments (July-September), it can produce small, orange, edible fruits in warm, sheltered summers. Best grown against a south-facing wall in full sun and well-drained soil. It may die back to the ground in colder winters but often regrows. Its intricate flowers are highly attractive to pollinators and add an exotic, tropical feel to the UK garden.
