Mint 'Garden Mint'

Mint 'Garden Mint' is a classic and vigorous perennial herb, widely used for its refreshing, spearmint flavour. It forms a spreading clump, reaching 30-60cm tall with an indefinite spread if not contained. It is H7 hardy, exceptionally tolerant of cold winters. Small lilac-pink flowers appear in dense spikes from July to September, attracting pollinators. 'Garden Mint' thrives in sun or partial shade and moist, fertile soil. Due to its vigorous spreading habit, it's often best grown in containers or with root barriers to prevent it from taking over the garden.
