Juniper 'Mint Julep'

'Mint Julep' is a popular, medium-sized spreading juniper valued for its distinctive arching branches and vibrant mint-green, scale-like foliage. It forms a dense, fountain-like mound, providing excellent groundcover or a textural shrub for borders. It typically reaches an ultimate height of 1-1.5 metres with a spread of 2-3 metres, making it broader than it is tall. Fully hardy (H6), it thrives in full sun and well-drained soil, tolerating a range of soil types including dry and sandy conditions. A robust, low-maintenance plant that offers year-round colour and structure, useful for softening harsh lines or filling difficult areas.
