Winter Heath 'White Perfection'
A popular and hardy evergreen groundcover heather, forming a dense, spreading mat typically 15-25cm in height and 30-40cm in spread. From late winter into spring, it produces an abundance of small, pure white, bell-shaped flowers, providing valuable early season colour and nectar for bees in UK gardens. It thrives in full sun to partial shade and well-drained, acidic to alkaline soil (it tolerates lime, unlike many heathers). Excellent for mass planting, rock gardens, or erosion control on banks. An RHS AGM holder.
