Foxtail Lily
Eremurus himalaicus, the Foxtail Lily, is a majestic and architectural perennial bulb that creates an unforgettable display in the summer garden. It sends up enormous, towering spikes, often exceeding 2 metres, densely packed with thousands of starry white flowers from the base upwards. This creates a dramatic and impressive column of bloom. Fully hardy, it thrives in full sun and deep, well-drained soil, preferring a sheltered spot to protect its tall flower stems from strong winds. It makes an incredible statement plant at the back of a border and is a magnet for pollinators. Allow it space to truly shine.
