Oleaster 'Limelight'

A highly valued evergreen shrub, 'Limelight' is a striking cultivar known for its bold, variegated foliage that provides year-round interest. The large, leathery leaves feature a central splash of bright golden-yellow, surrounded by dark green margins, creating a luminous effect. In autumn, it produces small, fragrant, silvery-white flowers, sometimes followed by red berries. It has a dense, bushy, and vigorous habit, making it an excellent choice for hedging, screening, or as a specimen plant, especially in coastal or exposed sites. It is exceptionally tough, tolerating dry conditions and pollution.
