Fuller's Teasel
Fuller's Teasel is a striking biennial grown for its thistle-like flower heads that are excellent for dried arrangements. It forms a large rosette of leaves in its first year, followed by tall, spiny stems with conical flower heads in the second. These unique seed heads persist well into winter, providing architectural interest.
