Lily of the Valley 'Bordeaux'

This delightful cultivar of Lily of the Valley offers slightly larger, purer white, intensely fragrant, bell-shaped flowers compared to the species, held on arching stems above broad, lance-shaped leaves. An elegant perennial, it forms a dense carpet, typically reaching 20-25cm in height and spreading gradually via rhizomes. The exquisite blooms appear in late spring, filling the air with their sweet perfume. H7 hardy, it thrives in partial to full shade and moist, humus-rich soil. Perfect for naturalising beneath deciduous trees or as a fragrant groundcover. All parts are toxic.
