Autumn crocus

Autumn crocus (Colchicum cilicicum) is a beautiful late-flowering bulb, producing goblet-shaped, rosy-lilac flowers directly from the ground in autumn before leaves appear. Perfect for naturalising in lawns, borders, or rockeries, it adds a welcome splash of colour as other plants fade. Note: all parts are poisonous.

Soil: Well-drained soil.
