Scott's clematis

Scott's clematis is a charming, non-climbing herbaceous perennial, forming neat mounds of finely cut foliage topped with nodding, bell-shaped violet-blue flowers. Ideal for rock gardens, front of borders or containers, it brings delicate beauty to smaller spaces or as an edger. It dies back in winter, emerging fresh in spring.
