Rock Rose

A beautiful and relatively compact rock rose, this evergreen shrub typically grows to 60-90cm tall and wide, making it suitable for larger rockeries or sunny, sheltered banks. It produces delicate, crumpled pink flowers with yellow centres in late spring and early summer, each lasting a single day but replaced by many more. Hardy (H4), it thrives in full sun and very well-drained, poor soil. A magnet for bees, it adds Mediterranean charm.
