Weeping Deodar Cedar 'Feeling Blue'
A truly magnificent and dramatic weeping conifer, forming an elegant, prostrate or mounding shrub if unsupported, or a graceful, broadly conical tree with strongly pendulous branches if staked. 'Feeling Blue' is highly valued for its intense blue-grey, soft needles and its striking weeping habit. It reaches an ultimate height of 1-2 metres with a spread of 2-3 metres if allowed to trail, or 3-5 metres if trained upright. It prefers moist, well-drained, neutral to acidic soil and thrives in full sun, appreciating shelter from cold, drying winds. Hardy to H5, it's a superb specimen plant.
