White Cypress Pine
An attractive, narrow, upright conifer, native to Australia, but surprisingly hardy in milder UK regions. It forms a dense, columnar to narrowly conical tree, typically reaching an ultimate height of 8-15 metres with a spread of 2-4 metres. It features finely textured, scale-like, grey-green foliage and produces small, rounded cones. Its strong vertical form makes it excellent for screens, windbreaks, or as a striking architectural specimen in a sheltered, sunny spot. It prefers well-drained soil and full sun. Hardy to H3, it is best suited for warmer urban gardens or coastal areas in the UK.
