Mibuna

Mibuna is a fast-growing Japanese mustard green, producing slender, spoon-shaped, dark green leaves with a mild peppery flavour. It forms an upright rosette, reaching 20-30cm in height and spread. Small yellow brassica flowers appear if left to bolt. Mibuna thrives in a partial shade to full sun position, especially in cool weather, and consistently moist, fertile soil. H2. Excellent for stir-fries, salads, and soups, offering a quick and easy harvest and a distinctive flavour.
