Cauliflower 'Romanesco'
Romanesco is an eye-catching and delicious cauliflower relative, forming distinctive lime-green, spiralled heads with a slightly nutty, sweeter flavour than traditional cauliflower. It reaches 60-90cm in height and spread. Like other Brassicas, it produces yellow, four-petalled flowers if left to bolt. Romanesco requires an open, sunny position and firm, fertile, well-drained soil with consistent moisture. H7.
