Mustard 'Green Wave'

Brassica juncea 'Green Wave' is a vigorous and distinctive mustard green, recognised for its deeply frilled, vibrant green leaves with a pungent, hot flavour. This fast-growing annual typically forms a substantial rosette, reaching 30-45cm in height and spread. It is moderately hardy and can be harvested as a cut-and-come-again crop, providing a continuous supply of spicy leaves for salads or cooking. 'Green Wave' thrives in a sunny to partial shade position with fertile, moist, well-drained soil. It is relatively quick to bolt in hot weather, so spring and autumn sowings are best in the UK. RHS hardiness rating H3.
