Cut-leaved Silver Birch 'Dalecarlica'

'Dalecarlica' is a distinctive cultivar of the native Silver Birch, admired for its uniquely deeply lobed and serrated leaves, which give the tree a more delicate and airy appearance than the species. It forms an elegant, medium-sized deciduous tree with the characteristic peeling white bark, reaching 15-20m tall. The foliage turns attractive yellow in autumn. Fully hardy (H7), it thrives in full sun to partial shade and a wide range of well-drained soils. A unique specimen tree for its distinctive foliage providing excellent texture.
