Japanese Aucuba 'Rozannie'

A robust and reliable evergreen shrub, 'Rozannie' is a female cultivar prized for its large, glossy, dark green leaves and a spectacular display of bright red berries in autumn and winter, provided a male pollinator is nearby. It has a dense, bushy, and rounded habit, making it an excellent choice for adding structure and year-round interest to shady areas of the garden. It is exceptionally tolerant of deep shade, dry soil, and urban pollution, making it incredibly versatile. Ideal for woodland gardens, banks, or as a tough hedging plant where other shrubs struggle.
