It forms a dense mound of needle-like, dark green leaves, topped with tiny, globose clusters of rich pink flowers in late spring. This charming plant grows to a mere 5cm in height with a spread of 10-15cm. It is fully hardy (H7) and demands full sun and exceptionally well-drained, gritty soil.
