Porcelain Berry

A vigorous, deciduous, tendril-climbing vine known for its highly ornamental, metallic-looking berries. It can reach 4-6m in height with a similar spread. Hardy (H5), it thrives in full sun to partial shade and well-drained soil. Inconspicuous flowers are followed by clusters of small, hard berries that change colour from yellow to lilac, blue, and eventually metallic purple in autumn, often appearing simultaneously. A truly unique plant for late-season interest, perfect for scrambling over fences or through larger shrubs.
